Woman in 'Shakira Shaking' Contest Sues" says a headline in the CBS News. This makes me laugh. That woman would had better NOT win her lawsuit.

A. She was probably drinking way too much.
B. How is it the bar's fault that she fell?
C. How much was she shanking her hips to literally throw herself off the bar, onto the floor, and tear ligaments in her knee?

The suing craze in America is ridiculous. Soon the woman will be blaming Shakira for shaking her hips in the first place.
